AI subscriptions are billed to you directly by the provider, so you own your accounts. Prices are starting points; I’ll quote a fixed price after our first call.
Questions owners ask
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. If you can send an email, you can do this. I set it up and explain it in plain English, and the written guide is there when you forget a step.
Is my business data safe with AI?
I set you up on business-grade accounts, turn on the privacy settings that are available, and show you what should and shouldn’t go into an AI tool. If your files can’t leave the office at all, see Private AI.
Will AI make mistakes?
Yes, sometimes. That’s why I test every workflow before you rely on it and build in a quick human check where it matters. Testing software is my day job.
What will it cost me each month?
Usually $20–30 per person for the AI subscription itself, paid to the provider. My help is either one-time (Kickstart, Workflow Build) or a monthly Concierge plan if you want it.
Do you work outside Dallas–Fort Worth?
Yes. Almost everything can be done over a video call. In DFW I’m happy to come to your office.
